After massive criticism of Asus for the election to remove Linux from their machines and only sell Eee PC with Windows XP, they pulled back the resolution.
Linux is back in the heat of Asus Eee PC ..!
There is thus at least a couple new Eee PCs from Asus next year and will be the existing Eee PC models still continue to be sold in both Windows XP and Linux variants ..
